Going through the daily pains, questions, and problems that arise when living with a spinal fusion, it’s good to know you’re not alone. That’s where the support of the people around you becomes crucial.

This is a great article on finding focus during the bad times: Body Betrayal: How to Cope with Chronic Pain and Illness. Point 3 was great; stop trying to heal. I think that comes down to acceptance.
Finally, support groups are fantastic places to find specific help and answers. These are people who are going through the same things you are. They have the same questions, the same struggles, and some have even found solutions or ways of dealing that we all can learn from.
There are two on facebook that I belong to. I’ll list them below but know that they are closed groups. They screen to make sure the people in the groups can add value and do need support. If you’re reading this blog, then you probably qualify.
